The objective of the Non-Reimbursable Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the design of the secondary education transformation plan promoted by the National Ministry of Education, contributing to: (i) creating spaces and fostering exchanges among organizations related to secondary education to agree on the main guidelines of the plan; (ii) promoting the generation of knowledge about the challenges faced by adolescents and young people of secondary school age, focusing on the limitations of job training and proposals for completing studies with labor certification; (iii) encouraging a review of the regulations and pedagogical definitions regarding educational-labor practices in oriented and technical secondary education, to address the identified gaps.
