The project spans 16.25 acres and about 254,000 square feet near 14th Street and Albert Avenue, close to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The buildings will support high-volume distribution, air freight, and time-sensitive shipping with features like 32-foot ceilings, 44 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 266 parking spaces. |
