Skyfall Stable with Loft

The Skyfall Stable is a newly constructed four-stall equestrian facility featuring a wash bay, feed room, and an expansive tack room. The building measures approximately 49 ft. by 58 ft. and includes a loft and lounge area designed to overlook the surrounding valley. The stable area totals 4,910 sq. ft. It incorporates functional and aesthetic design elements such as natural wood interior finishes, monochromatic exterior color palette, timber accents, pony gates, foam stall mattresses, anti-cast rails, Dutch windows for ventilation, LED lighting, and radiant in-floor heating powered by a combi-boiler system. Exterior and site work included tumbled pavers, covered canopies, shaded dog run, tree relocation for visual buffering, re-grading paddocks, drainage swales, and a new driveway loop for improved access.
