The project comprises 3 tasks. The performance of each of them will lead to implementing the general objective of the project and its specific objectives, while contributing to implementing the objectives of the Programme. Task 1 - preparing the project in a formal and substantive way and preparing the SPF as an instrument to support the cross-border cooperation, including the elaboration of a concept, objective, added value of the project, and a split of tasks between the Cooperation Programme and the Partnership Programme 1. Joint elaboration of the content of documents for the SPF, including an application of the umbrella project, an application and procedures for performing micro-projects, establishing the division of project costs. Task 2 - actions to implement specific objectives of the projects: Action 1 - project administration, including administrative and clerical works to enable the correct performance of the project; Action 2 - carrying out calls for micro-projects corresponding to local, regional and Euroregional strategies on an ongoing basis. Deadlines are determined by the schedule of meetings of the Steering Committee of the SMF. The activity is to monitor the implementation status of the indexes. Action 3 - monitoring the performance of micro-projects and evaluating the performance of the umbrella projects, ongoing actions to verify the status and quality of the performance of the approved micro-projects. The Cooperation Programme and the Partnership Programme assume that the ERN strategy will be actualised in 2019 in order to verify the assumed indexes. Action 4 - information, promotional and advisory activities for applicants under the SPF and micro-beneficiaries, inter alia consultations and advisory, trainings in the preparation of applications and the settlement, conference, a summary publication of the SPF, information for the Internet website, etc. The above mentioned activities are to generate applications for micro-projects “People-to-People” to conduct the cooperation between Poland and Saxony in all areas of the social life. Task 3 - performing projects (a minimum of 233) which are embedded in the local, regional and Euroregional strategies in such areas as communication, economy, environmental and climate protection, energy, risk management, culture, education and knowledge, supporting the cross-border cooperation.
