Description | The Smart and Green Mass Transit System in Kai Tak (SGMTS-KT) is a 3.5-kilometre long elevated mass transit system with six stations connecting the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and MTR Kai Tak Station. It aims to enhance connectivity among residential, commercial, tourism, cultural, recreational, sports, and community facilities in the Kai Tak area, serving around 50,000 residents and visitors. The system will operate separated from road traffic, with an estimated journey time of about 10 minutes between the termini. |
