Description | The total scope of the project is from Jingshui Road in the west to Yuedong Road in the east, with a total length of 11.6km. The construction includes bridges, roads, pipelines, and ancillary works. The operation content of this project is mainly for the project company to carry out commercial development of the operation and management of the project facilities and the resources along the line. The estimated total investment of this PPP project is about $ 705.18 million. SPV is China Construction (Shaoxing) Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors of the project, China Construction Corporation (35.7%), China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (34.3%) and the state-owned Shaoxing Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (30%). The type of concession is BOT and the period of the contract is 20 years.
