Description
Description | The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to contribute to the development of institutional capacities for the improvement of the regulatory quality and the provision of transactional services in LAC, through the generation and dissemination of knowledge related to the governance and management of regulatory policies and of the institutional collaboration for the provision of services to citizens and companies. In particular, it is expected to achieve the following specific objectives: (i) generate technical knowledge applied to innovation in the improvement of regulatory quality and modernization of services; (ii) propose innovative institutional architectures that can leverage intra-governmental collaboration and alliances with the private sector, including the provision of shared administrative services and the integration of citizen services; (iv) strengthen capacities for the regulation of innovations in the context of the digital economy; (iii) deepen the application of methodologies for analyzing the regulatory stock, with emphasis on cost measurement that guides administrative simplification programs; and (iv) support training and technical exchange activities through the strengthening of the Latin American and Caribbean Network for Regulatory Improvement. |
