Description

Description

Partnership was developed on the basis that every partner has experience in a field that is important for successful development of product and sales on market. Partners will jointly develop product. The common product is innovative smart wastewater treatment process connected and managed via mobile and web platform. Aqualine Z + Z will primarily be in charge of product development (technical planning, product designing, implementing solution), while Informatika Fortuno will work on development of software (PLC software, mobile and web platform) and commercialization and placement on the market. Primarily focus would be on the Western European market and secondary on the local Croatian and Hungarian market and on markets of Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina. Each partner has a great experience in a field that is important for the project. The idea of this product appeared as a necessity and due to the growing interest of local community and to a number of associations and private entities that recognized potential of the product. The main goal of the product development is to ensure that the wastewater generated in the areas not connected to the sewage system can be treated with the help of this innovative new product. This will also ensure protection of the subsurface and surface waters using renewable energy. Users will be able to monitor energy consumption online and to remotely control it via mobile and web platform. Through remote-control, users will be able to switch each unit on and off, to see flow charts of the whole system, to download the previously recorded data sets of probes and mechanical equipment including the consumption of electricity of each unit. Users will receive SMS and email notification in case of emergencies like pouring, power outage, etc. Users will also be able to give feedback on product. Those feedbacks will be used for further improvements. Product will include PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), an industrial computer that consists of memory, processors, industrial inputs and outputs as switches, various types of transceivers and sensors. Informatika Fortuno in cooperation with external expertise will develop software for navigating PLC. Product will use renewable energy sources (solar energy) which will reduce and optimise the energy consumption of the wastewater treatment process. The solar panel will be connected to the power cabinet. Product will also include remote-control system like SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) which is usually used in wastewater treatment plant. Communication will be done through LAN, WLAN and mobile internet. Remote-control system will be developed for Windows and Android. "Through remote-control it will be possible to give rules for the control (for example the compressor stops if the dissolved oxygen level is higher than 4 mg/l.). 4 small pilot wastewater treatment plants will be built for 5-50 PE (person equivalent). The pilot plants will be used to test the technological elements, to develop a smart control system for which a remote-control platform will be developed. Hungarian partner will be in charge of technical plans for the construction of the technology, the elements of the technology, the control system and connection of the renewable energy source. According to the plans it will be necessary fabrication of the technological elements and installation of them and other mechanical engineering equipment (like aeration system, pumps), the connecting to the electrical network, the control system, and the provision of renewable energy sources. " "During the test run it is necessary taking samples from the influent and effluent wastewater, examining samples, testing electricity consumption and evaluating the results. During and after a test period, partners will jointly work on developing smart operational strategies based on the data of the monitoring system and they will optimize the whole system so that can be ready for launching on market. In the same time, partners will develop marketing strategy and prepare market for a new innovative product. For some parts of the project will be necessary to involve subcontractors. Partner goal is ultimately to contribute to environmental protection by reducing energy consumption and protecting subsurface and surface waters using renewable energy sources. "
