The SMEV GPI project will support the GP by providing resources and expertise to build capacities in fund management, team management, value creation, and exit preparedness. The SMEV advisory team will accomplish this project through two different components: fund manager capacity building and GP portfolio SMEs capacity building. The project will reinforce the core foundation skills and knowledge a GP should build from the beginning of its fun life and apply during the investment period. It will also support GPs to create a realistic and actionable approach to pipeline analysis and portfolio management.
