Description | This project involves the construction of the SMEXTP01 Data Center, a Hyperscale data center in Tepotzotlan municipality, Mexico. The sponsor for this initiative is the Brazilian sustainable data center company Scala Data Centers. The initial capacity of the SMEXTP01 Data Center will be 5MW, whit a critical capacity of 7.9MW. Furthermore, SMEXTP01 will occupy around 13,200 square meters and will be supplied with 100% renewable energy. The total project cost is $80m.
