Description | Tram Bar Co-Packing LLC, doing business as the Organic Snack Co., is planning to construct a snack foods manufacturing plant on an 82-acre site at Bedford Business Park II in Bedford. The project scope includes construction of a 750,000-sq-ft building; and purchase, relocation and installation of stainless steel tanks and piping, automated conveyors, and ingredient dispensing, mixing, baking, cooling and packaging equipment and systems. Equipment will be relocated from Tram Bar’s 20,000-sq-ft energy bar production facility in Allegheny Township. Layton Construction Co. LLC has been selected to provide general construction services for the building. Construction is expected to begin in July 2022. |
