Description	The project entails the construction and operation of a 98-MW Wind power plant located in Mekong Delta province of Sóc Trang. Project is being developed by Super Wind Energy Công Lý Sóc Trang JSC, owned by Super Wind. The project is invested in three phases, including the first phase with a capacity of 30 MW, the second phase with a capacity of 30 MW and the third one with a capacity of 38 MW.
