Social Dialogue in Circular Economy

This project proposes actions related to the follow-up of the Covid crisis and specifically aiming at improving the capacity of a national social partner in cooperation with an EU cross industry social partner. The circular economy has become a key objective on the European political agenda over the last few years. There is a growing interest regarding the circular economy amongst different stakeholders. The COVID-19 crisis accelerated the need to foster a better understanding and raise awareness of the challenges related to the transition to the circular economy.In the 2 years of activity, Employers of Poland aims to fill the data gaps, by analysing and practice exchanges, through first-hand experience, regarding the impact of the transition to the circular economy on industry and employers, and the actions to adapt to the new requirements. The project aims to undertake a forecasting of needs and expectations for the post COVID-19 labour market. In line with articles g) and h) from the categories of actions targeted in this call, the exchange of data and good practices between the national social partner (Employers of Poland) and the EU cross-industry social partner (SGI Europe) involved in this project is a key objective, ensuring the synergy between the social dialogue at national level and the latest developments at EU level.
