Description | The Soda Mountain Solar Project is a large-scale solar energy project planned for the Southern California desert. It aims to generate up to 300 megawatts of energy and include an additional 300 megawatts of battery storage, making it one of the largest solar installations in California. The project is located on about 2,700 acres of land managed by the federal Bureau of Land Management near the I-15 highway in San Bernardino County.
