The financing is a mezzanine facility through preference shares, following a previous ZAR 160 million investment in 2024. The funds will enable Solarise Africa to deploy more solar PV and hybrid energy systems to commercial and industrial clients, aiming for 28 MWp installed capacity in South Africa by the end of 2025 and targeting 200 MW by 2030 across Africa.
