Description	Song Tranh 4 Hydropower JSC was planning the development of the 48 MW Song Tranh 4 hydropower plant, in Quang Nam - Que Luu commune, Hiep Duc district. The project was to consist of two turbines, generating 196 million kWh annually. Commissioning was expected for 2014. Construction started in June 2011. That date is also reported here as date of financial closure due to lack of information. Expected electricity price was VND 975 per kWh ($0.0468 per kWh).
