Description	Precise Power Producer Company (40%) was planning the development of the 9.9MW Songkhla Biomass Plant. Ratchubarui Electricity Gernating Holding (Ratch) aquired a 40% stake in the project in 2010, for BHT 356 million. The remaining 20% was held by Assiddeek Savings Cooperative. The project was under construction as of June 2012, and was expected to be commissioned in 2014. The project signed a 25 year PPA in August 2012 with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), which includes an adder payment of THB 1.3/kWh for a period of 7 years Total project cost was estimated at BHT 600 million.
