The total investment of the project is about $184.76m or 1.344 billion yuan. Six new 5,000-ton (and 10,000-ton) berths will be built, including four general cargo berths and two general berths. The terminal has a designed annual throughput of 7.6 million tons, uses 758 meters of port coastline, and has a rear construction area of ??365.6 acres.
