South Bow, a Canadian company, plans to revive parts of the cancelled Keystone XL oil pipeline to increase Canada's crude exports to the U.S. The proposal involves using existing infrastructure in Canada and constructing a new 645-mile pipeline from the U.S.-Canada border in Montana to Guernsey, Wyoming.
