Description

The South Coast Beer Project is a new family-friendly restaurant and brewery located in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. It features a 9,000 square foot restaurant with an open-air concept, seating for about 150 diners, a full-service bar with house-brewed labels, and a large beer garden with seating for at least 250 visitors. The outdoor space includes artificial turf, inflatable playground equipment for kids, an 18-foot-tall screen for movie nights, a fountain shaped like a giant beer mug, and a seating area overlooking a pond. A 1,000-foot paved and lighted sidewalk connects the brewery with the neighboring Sneaky Beagle restaurant, allowing guests to walk between the two establishments. The brewery has a 7-barrel brew system to produce multiple craft brews and is expected to open by the end of May 2026.
