The project involves the design, engineering, construction, financing, testing and commissioning, and operations and maintenance of the South-Luzon Integrated Terminal Exchange (SLITX) Project following the approval of the unsolicited proposal from Megawide Onemobility Corporation.The Project aims to develop an intermodal transport hub along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). This hub will serve as a crucial transfer point for city and provincial buses traveling to and from Metro Manila and nearby regions, ensuring seamless connections to various modes of transportation.The scope of the project includes the financing, development, operations, and maintenance of SLITX and commercial assets within the 5.3 hectares located along the SLEX in Barangay Maduya, City of Carmona, Cavite. It will include the construction of terminal facilities, passenger waiting and circulation areas, transport bays, internal road networks, parking areas, commercial assets, and other site development activities.
