The project is located at the following Napa County facility: South Napa Shelter, 100 Hartle Court, Napa in Napa County. The South Napa Shelter Project Phase II HVAC provides needed maintenance and modernization for the Napa County homeless shelter facility, related to the increased occupancy required HVAC work, resulting from the South Napa Shelter TIP, PW 20-16 Project. The South Napa Shelter shall remain operational during construction; coordination for access will be required. Each bidder must be licensed as required by law. Contractor shall possess a Class B or C-20 License at the time of contract award. The Notice to Contractors is attached below for viewing or download. The bid opening was Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11:30 AM. The 3 lowest bidder's sublists are attached. The project was awarded to RBH Construction, Inc. of Folsom, CA for their low bid of $443,944 with Additive Alternate No. 1 of $151,558 and Additive Alternate No. 2 for $ 52,669 for a total contract cost of $648,171.
