The Persian Gulf Star Refinery in Bandar Abbas processes condensates from South Pars, with the IRGC also serving as a principal contractor for this refinery project. The combined cost of developing phases 13, 22, 23, and 24 of South Pars, along with the Persian Gulf Star Refinery, was $25 billion, with an additional $2.5 billion required for completion. |
