Description | The Southeast Crossroads Industrial Park is a 215-acre industrial park developed at the junction of interstates 74 and 95 southwest of downtown Lumberton. The project was a partnership between the City of Lumberton and Robeson County, with ground breaking in 2021. The park includes critical infrastructure improvements such as upgraded road access, extended water and sewer service, and enhanced electric capacity. Elkay Manufacturing became the first tenant shortly after the park's development. |
