Description | The Southern Interconnection gas pipeline is a project for constructing a gas pipeline between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. The pipeline will run along the route Split-Zagvozd (Croatia)-Posusje (Bosnia)-Tomislavgrad-Suica-Kupres-Bugojno-Novi Travnik/Travnik, with branches to several other locations including Grude, Siroki Brijeg, Mostar, Livno, Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje, Donji Vakuf, Jajce, Capljina, and an additional route from Kladanj to Tuzla. The project aims to diversify natural gas supply routes and sources, enhancing energy independence for Bosnia. |
