Description | Oswego County plans to build a massive sewage transmission pipeline stretching 22 miles from Constantia to the city of Fulton to serve eight municipalities in southern Oswego County. The pipeline is part of a $300 million investment in sewage infrastructure to support housing and industrial development near Micron Technology's mega complex in Clay, New York. The project aims to open more than 30,000 acres for development, protect Oneida Lake by diverting sewage to Fulton’s treatment plant, and accommodate future growth with a capacity of up to 20 million gallons per day. |
