Description | Louisiana’s Southern University and A&M College aims to develop an innovative energy and infrastructure strategy, by which third parties to manage its energy systems and other infrastructure for the benefit of the University and the State of Louisiana.The project includes a long-term lease of the energy assets that the concessionaire will be responsible for their operation and maintenance, and possibly including the management of supply side energy. The project also considers a mechanism by which the third party would institute certain saving measures, including Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Operational Cost Reduction Measures (OCRMs) for the overall benefit of the University. |
