Description | The Southside School District completed a major campus expansion and new arena at its junior and senior high school campus in Batesville, Arkansas. The project added approximately 146,000 square feet of new facilities including classrooms, advanced science and technology labs, upgraded athletic facilities, a fine arts suite, expanded cafeteria and dining areas, additional safe rooms, concession areas, arena seating, and improved security features. The expansion was funded through a 2021 millage initiative approved by voters and construction began in August 2023. |
