"Spain's proposal for EU action grants field of education and training under the Erasmus+ Programme. This request is connected with the topic: ERASMUS-EDU-2025-TALIS-IBA and is aimed at financing TALIS 2024 implementation costs during the project dates: 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2026. The proposal outlines the background and general objectives, project design and implementation, Impact, work packages included and declaration (Part B of the application form). The Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) asks teachers and school leaders about working conditions and learning environments at their schools to help countries face diverse challenges. Information in TALIS is gathered through a self-reported survey that collects critical issues from teachers and school leaders such as: • The professional development they have received • Their teaching beliefs and practices • The assessment of their work and the feedback and recognition they receive. • Various other school leadership, management and workplace issues The new cycle of the survey has included new questions on innovation in education and digitalisation, as well as extended items to cater with diversity and ways of successfully achieving educational equity. Spain has participated in all TALIS cycles since its inception in 2008. First in (ISCED 2), subsequently in (ISCED 1) and for the first time in ISCED 02.
