The project involves redevelopment of a former industrial plant, including interior demolition, remodeling, and the addition of four buildings, a power yard, internal roadways, a site access road, and electrical equipment houses. The development is planned to be powered by about 450 megawatts of natural gas generated on-site, including 45 natural gas-fuel generators and 11 natural gas turbines. The project is expected to create 150 permanent on-site jobs and is under construction through 2028. |
