Key SEZ locations include Mombasa, Lamu, Naivasha, Tatu City, Vipingo Development, Two Rivers International Finance and Innovation Centre, and Northlands. However, the sector faces challenges including infrastructure gaps, delays in infrastructure projects (roads, energy, water), bureaucratic hurdles, and policy inconsistencies. |
