Description | This project involves procurement of a new specialized transit vehicle that will expand specialized transit service to rural areas, installation of new bus shelters, benches, concrete pads, and sidewalk approaches providing improved accessibility for all transit users. The scope of the project includes: - Procurement of one new 14-passenger, propane-powered, specialized transit vehicle; - Installation of 10 new bus shelters, 10 new (double seated) benches and 10 new bus pads; and - Construction of approximately 37 metres of sidewalk approaches. |
