Spirit Living Mixed-Use Development

Spirit Living is proposing development of a four-story, mixed-use building on Lot 5 of the Riverfront Mixed-use development. Lot 5 is a 30,768 gross square foot lot on the west side of the Central Green. The total building area is 73,832 square feet with ground floor uses consisting of commercial retail and restaurant, amenities to support the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) proposed on the upper floors, back-of-house spaces, and parking. Thirty-six (36) memory care units are proposed on the second floor, and 70 senior apartments are proposed on the third floor and fourth floors with 35 apartments per floor. The senior apartments are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms.
