Springcrest Road and Voyager Parkway Multi-Family Housing Project

planned

Blackburn Communities is working to build a six-story multi-family housing project in the area of Springcrest Road and Voyager Parkway near The Classical Academy Central Campus. The Colorado Springs City Planning Commission has given initial approval for rezoning nearly eight acres of land for this project, with restrictions on certain land uses to ensure compatibility with the nearby school and neighborhoods. The project aims to address safety and traffic concerns raised by local residents.
