Description | This project proposes to remove the reversible lane system along US 78 in Gwinnett County from E. Park Place Blvd in the City of Stone Mountain to SR 124/Scenic Hwy in the City of Snellville. The proposed work consists of removing the existing reversible lane system, improving the existing intersections, and re-striping lane configuration to three ten-foot travel lanes in each direction with a two-foot wide raised concrete median. Twelve-foot left and right turn lanes would be constructed as required to provide an acceptable level of service at the signalized intersections. |
