Description | The SR 400 Express Lanes project is a major transportation initiative in metro Atlanta aimed at improving traffic flow, expanding road capacity, and enhancing transit connectivity. The project will introduce dynamically priced express lanes in both directions along a 16-mile stretch of SR 400, from the North Springs MARTA Station to an area north of McFarland Parkway. It includes dedicated, toll-free access for MARTA's future bus rapid transit system and is designed to integrate with existing and planned managed lane systems in the region. |
