Description

This project will improve the safety and efficiency of the intersection of State Route 56 and CR 4/New Goshen Road. Currently, State Route 56 consists of four 12' travel lanes, two in each direction. New Goshen Road consists of two travel lanes, one in each direction. A temporary signal is in operation at this intersection. This project consists of widening State Route 56 to provide a left turn lane and an auxiliary right turn lane in both directions. County Road 4, New Goshen Road will be widened to provide for a left turn lane in both directions. The existing signal will be replaced.
