St. John's Towers Redevelopment

The remaining St. John's Towers buildings in Stamford could be torn down to make way for a residential development that would bring 305 apartments to downtown Stamford. The project involves redeveloping the aging, mostly vacant residential towers to better align with the surrounding neighborhood. The new development will have 305 apartments spread over 10 floors, two levels of parking with 235 spaces, and continued use of 93 parking spots in the Atlantic Station garage. The apartments will include one, two, and three-bedroom units, with a portion deed-restricted for affordable housing based on area median income. The project also includes amenity spaces and a double height lobby to conceal parking levels.
