Onfolio Holdings, Inc. has signed a binding Letter of Intent with Paramount Helium LLC for a proposed combination to establish a presence in the global industrial gas market. The transaction focuses on assets within the St. Johns Unit in northeastern Arizona, containing an estimated recoverable volume of over 20 billion cubic feet of helium, potentially making it a world-class helium resource and the largest single source of production in the North American merchant carbon dioxide market. The project also includes the largest identified terrestrial resource of helium-3, a rare isotope with significant commercial value.
