Description	Project is needed for sewer separation to reduce basement flooding potential downstream and combined sewer overflow events. Watermains and roads are also in poor condition. Limits extend from Park Street to Simcoe Street, including Ellis Street from St. Lawrence Avenue to approximately 60 meters east. Replace combined sewer with 688 meters of new sanitary sewer and 776 meters of new storm sewers. Install 688 meters of new watermain and reconstruct road, including new sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Project includes new sanitary lateral with cleanouts at the property line and new water services with curb stops at the property line for 29 lots. Hydrants will also be replaced.
