Description | Phase 1 of watermain and sewer renewal project for the community of St. Malo which has aging water and sewer infrastructure causing frequent breaks and interrupted services with environmental concerns. The scope of this phase would include replacement of approximately 950 metres of 200mm watermain servicing 78 residences and approximately 950 meters of gravity sewer main servicing approximately 26 residences. Water and sewer infrastructure will be installed in a public roadway with water service lines terminating at property line with curb valve. |
