Description | The expansion of the St Philips Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Treatment System requires for the existing third train tankage to be activated providing for additional biological treatment and increasing the hydraulic load capability to allow for a population increase from 1500 to 2250 and hydraulic peak flow from 29 L/sec to 43 L/sec. The work includes for the following: - Provision for the supply and installation of all tankage process internals such as jet aeration, feed and waste sludge pumps, sensors, floats, effluent decanter, control valves, pipework and all ancillary support equipment such as an additional positive displacement blower to provide for a fully functioning treatment biological process. -New main control PLC panel replacing the existing which shall be design to provide an operational control system for all three treatment trains with the latest technologies. - New dissolved oxygen, suspended solids and pH monitor for all three treatment trains - SCADA" - Perform concrete repairs and applying waterproofing to the interior of Train 1,2 and 3 |
