St. Sylvester Mausoleum

approved

This 16.42-acre lot zoned PBD (Planned Business District) is a Cemetery Project that involves construction of a new mausoleum structure for St. Sylvester Catholic Church. With roughly 777 sq. ft. of chapel space along with surrounding burial crypts and niches, the design includes accommodation of future improvements that will expand for additional burial crypts. The project itself takes up approximately 2.12-acres on the existing church parcel. Additional improvements include construction of new asphalt paved access drives, parking areas, as well as three stormwater management facilities to treat and attenuate stormwater runoff.
