Description | Standardization of the signage in order to foster a better customer experience in response to bill 76 which created the RTM and ARTM from the AMT. It is essentially a matter of integrating the bus routes of the transit companies that were recently merged into the Réseau métropolitain de transport (RTM), formerly the AMT. For example: There is a line 1 several places within the network so the purpose of standardization will be to review these RTM bus line numbers in order to integrate these entities into the new governance put in place on June 1, 2016. The scope of the project was changed to reduce the number of signages installed from 8,200 to 7,750 due to transportation agency overestimated demand for the number of signs required. |
