The project under consideration is planned to be a star-rated Hotel six-story building with a total and built-up area of 510 and 330m2 respectively. The project is designed to have accommodating guest rooms, a multi-purpose conference hall, laundry; provision of a bar, a restaurant, pastry and snack services, and a night pub. This is a project feasibility study that presents the basic information on the market, technical and financial viability of investing in a star-rated international standard hotel of 36 rooms, constituting 24 standard bedrooms, 8 King Size bedrooms, and 4 suites with a capacity of 20,440 rooms nights per year in Bahirdar. The demand for star-designated hotels in the Bahir dar region is present (2022) demand for star-designated Hotels is estimated at 627,832 tons. The demand for star designation hotels is projected to reach 726,794 and 763,134 by the years 2025 and 2026, respectively. The total investment requirement of the establishment is estimated at USD 1,460,640.
