State Route 154 Drainage Rehabilitation Project

Caltrans proposes to rehabilitate existing drainage system structures (culverts), add traffic management systems, and repair pavement along State Route 154 in Santa Barbara County. The project would repair or replace multiple drainage systems at various locations along State Route 154 to improve drainage functionality and longevity as well as protect the roadway and embankments from potential culvert failure. New traffic management systems would be installed within the state right-of-way to improve traffic monitoring and information. And, the existing pavement at the Rancho Cielo Vista Point would be restored to address issues of wear and deterioration.
