Description | Texas developer Embrey broke ground on Stateswood, a 300-unit garden-style apartment community at 10630 Twin Lakes Parkway in north Charlotte. The project will have one- and two-bedroom apartments, including 30 units priced at 80% of the area median income. Amenities include a private clubhouse, coworking lounge, club room with billiards, resort-style swimming pool, courtyard with grilling areas, pet park, dog wash, 24-hour package room, and fitness center with outdoor fitness patio. Vertical construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026 with first units delivering in early 2027. Embrey acquired the 19.8-acre site for $9 million in August 2025. The project is part of Embrey's fifth multifamily development in the Charlotte region since 2021. |
