Description
Description | Module 1: The action aims at collecting new and updating existing indicators on ICT usage in enterprises based on the objectives of Regulation (EU) No 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council. In addition to the variables requested in the commission regulation, the project also aims at collecting additional optional variables. Please refer to the methodology information sheet for more details on this subject. The data collection will cover the NACE breakdowns indicated in the model questionnaire at a sufficiently high enough detail to allow publication at a national level (10-18, 19-23, etc.). The more detailed breakdowns of the latter (10-12, 13-15, etc.) will only be detailed enough to allow publication at the European level. Micro enterprises will not be covered. Module 2 : We seek to collect microdata on ICT usage by households and individuals in Luxembourg over a representative sample of 1500 individuals aged between 16 and 74 and currently residing in Luxembourg. The survey will be implemented following a mixed-mode design, where web and telephone interviews will be combined. Thus, the final sample is expected to be more representative of the resident population and the statistical reliability of the indicators to be improved. We follow the objectives of the European Regulation concerning Community statistics on the information society. As an outcome from this project, the following deliverables will be transmitted to Eurostat: - Microdata files according to the transmission format as set out in the Regulation - Quality report In addition, the target ICT indicators will be disseminated on STATEC’s webportal as well as through ad hoc publications. |
