Description | This profile envisages the establishment of a plant for steel profile production with a capacity of 2,500 tons per annum. Steel profiles are used in various forms for machine parts construction, structural supports, or any place in the industry. The demand for steel profiles is met through both local production and import. The present (2022) unsatisfied demand for steel profiles is estimated at 228,015 tons. The unsatisfied demand for steel profiles is projected to reach 250,816 tons and 275,898 tons by the years 2023 and 2025, respectively. The principal raw materials required are hot and cold rolled steel strips which have to be imported. The total investment cost $ 2,000,000. The project can create employment for 50 persons. |
