StimulanZ – (S(t)imulating in healthcare) – is committed to a strong cross-border cooperation between educational institutions to strengthen the connection between education and needs from the care-labour market through hybrid learning environments. Future caregivers are supported through powerful simulation environments and trainings with a strong focus on the connection of education-labour market, interprofessional collaboration and the evolving (high) technology care settings. (Future) healthcare providers prepare for the future through simulation environments. In this way, existing simulation environments in the healthcare sector are made clear and mapped out. Furthermore, a learning network of educational institutions, the field of work and knowledge organisations with attention to cross-over, systematic reflection and process guidance is set up. Simulation environments, training courses and a professionalisation offer for learners and trainers are also created and tested with participants. This allows (future) caregivers to learn and develop themselves in powerful learning environments with a strong focus on the connection between education, the labour market, interprofessional collaboration and technological agility.
